Born and raised in Charlottesville,VA, Mackenzie S. Davis is truly a “Cville” native as she represents the ninth generation of her family living in the area. She spent her childhood, growing up in charming Crozet, where her family still runs the longest family-run business for the last 90 years, The Modern Barber Shop. She was very fortunate to marry another native whose family ties are also all long-time residents in the area. Her deep roots and strong connections make her a specialist of everything the Charlottesville area has to offer.
She graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. After graduating and exploring the job market, she found her personality and competitive nature was a shoo-in for a sales position. Combining sales with her passion for construction and real estate, she started her career in new home sales in 2010.
Becoming the #1 Builder Sales Representative in Charlottesville and Ranked Nationally in the Top 5 for a National builder, Mackenzie sold more new construction in Charlottesville than anyone else from 2012 to 2016. She has become one of the top New Home Experts in the area, by working for or with many different builders, developers, and vendors. In addition, her husband, Ben Davis, works for Craig Builders a well respected, long-time, local homebuilder as their Vice President of Sales. Being privileged to serve on the board of the Blue Ridge Homebuilders Association, alongside her husband who served as the BRHBA 2015 President, helped her develop many added connections within the builder world and community. In Mackenzie’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and two French bulldogs exploring the outdoors.
