Mackenzie was the salesperson representing the builder for my house. Buying the house was a big step for me: it was the first house I ever bought, and I was from a foreign country. Therefore, there were tons of questions and more so concerns before I started. I was very glad that Mackenzie was very helpful to address all my questions and even made sound advice during the whole process. To my biggest satisfaction is that she shows great professionalism, from prompt response to my emails to follow-ups and always making sure everything was in order. Overall, I would say, Mackenzie, is a trustworthy, knowledgeable agent, and has great interpersonal skills. I was very nice to work with her and I would recommend her to all her future clients.
